Extreme leftist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) tweeted a new stunningly bright idea Thursday night, posting that “To get the virus under control, we need to pay people to stay home.”
Yes, that is correct, an elected representative seriously wants the government to pay Americans to force them to stay inside.
AOC followed up her deranged suggestion by declaring that Republicans are mad at her for the suggestion, but really voted to do the same thing earlier in the year.
The Marxist-Progressive Left, led by US Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), launched an audacious project to amass a blacklist of every Trump supporter in the nation so they could execute not only a shunning, but establish a Truth & Reconciliation Commission that would “erase Trump’s lies.” But the effort has mysteriously stalled.
The so-called Trump Accountability Project, which employed a comprehensive list of people who both worked with and supported President Trump with the goal of blacklisting anyone and everyone who supported President Trump from “polite society,” has announced it is “no longer active.”
The sparse and dysfunctional website issued this statement:
The Trump Accountability Project was started because we believe restoring democratic norms are vital to protecting America’s future. A critical part of making sure the nation never finds itself in this position again is to make sure those members of the Trump administration responsible for loosening the guardrails of our democracy are not rewarded with book deals, TV contracts, or six-figure salaries in the private sector based on that experience. Ultimately, however, the goal of the project was to play a part in restoring the soul of the nation, and we’ll follow President-elect Biden’s lead to get us there.
Leftists, Never Trumpers Compiling Lists of Trump Supporters to Blacklist
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) told her 6.6 million Instagram followers last night that Democrats should ‘radicalize and fight’ following the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
“Let this moment radicalize you,” she said. “Let this moment really put everything into stark focus. Because this election has always been about the fight of and for our lives.”
“I need you to be ready,” she added.
AOC also mourned the loss of Ginsburg in a Friday night tweet, writing “It is heartbreaking that in her final moments she was, as are many others, preoccupied with what would happen after her passing” – before telling her followers hours later to radicalize and fight.
“No president is the answer,” continued the New York Democratic socialist. “You are the answer. Mass movements are the answer.”

Despite the critical role she played in dissuading Amazon from bringing its “HQ2” to Queens (it was one of two sites chosen by the company after more than a year of searching), AOC triumphed over all of her Democratic primary opponents, including former CNBC reporter Michele Caruso-Cabrera.
And earlier this week, a progressive Democrat successfully primary-ed longtime Democratic incumbent in a district that encompasses parts of the Bronx and Westchester.
Although not every AOC-approved candidate in NYC has achieved this much, the city’s outsize community of mostly white college-educated “socialist organizers” has emerged as a political force capable of outmatching NYC’s ossified Democratic machine (shriveled after nearly 8 years of de Blasio’s ineptitude) Mayor De Blasio might be a committed progressive, but he’s not down for the revolution, man. The rose-emoji crew want to ensure that city offices are occupied by candidates that they approve. Which is why mayor-in-waiting Scott Stringer shouldn’t count his chickens before they hatch.
Though her career in Congress has been marked by staggering displays of ineptitude, she has succeeded in her main objective: normalizing crypto-marxist policies like a jobs guarantee, UBI and the sprawling ‘Green New Deal’. And although her progressive bloc only counts four members (“the Squad”, as they’ve come to be known), a fifth might be joining them in the next Congress if Bowman triumphs in November.
But after months of hard work in Washington, AOC is turning her attention back to NYC, with her latest campaign: A “wealth tax” to finance an emergency worker bailout fund for poor and undocumented New Yorkers.
Social media users accused Congresswoman Alexandria-Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) of virtue signaling after photos surfaced from last year showing her pouting outside a migrant detention facility in Texas.
Photographer Ivan Pierre Aguirre posted the photos to Twitter Monday, which he claimed showed the then-unknown Cortez taking “time away from her campaign” to protest the tent city in Tornillo, Texas.
AOC retweeted the images claiming they captured the moment she witnessed the “America I love was becoming a nation that steals refugee children from their parents & caged them.”
Freshman congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) released a bizarre promo touting the hypothetical success of her socialist revolution, including implementing the Green New Deal and Medicare For All in the U.S.
The video, narrated by AOC and accompanied with watercolor painted scenes, explains a naive scenario where Democrats have taken control of all three branches of government, and have begun to push their socialist vision for America.
“The wave began when Democrats took back the House in 2018,” she says. “And then the Senate and the White House in 2020, and launched the Decade of The Green New Deal.”
