NYPD Surrenders City Hall to “Defund Police” Mob

Unsettling footage out of Manhattan Wednesday morning shows NYPD officers being cheered on as they turn over control of the City Hall building to protesters.

The video shows NYPD cops marching away from the area as hundreds of protesters cheered, with some chanting “Whose streets? Our streets!” and “Na na na na, hey hey hey, goodbye.”

The Black Lives Matter and Defund Police leftist protesters were waiting overnight for, and are no doubt now emboldened by, the city council’s late night passage of a $1 billion cut from the NYPD budget.

Seattle CHOP Zone Dismantled Day After Occupiers Threatened to Raid Mayor’s Home

Police dismantled the infamous Seattle CHOP zone seemingly not in response to weeks of lawlessness and violence but in response to a threat made by occupiers to raid Mayor Jenny Durkan’s 5,000 sqft., $7.6 million house.

Durkan originally ordered the area to be dismantled by police over a week ago, but authorities only moved in this morning.

Video clips show a phalanx of armed riot police moving through the downtown area while a few refusniks berate them. The vast majority of occupiers appear to have left before the police arrived.

Seattle Police Arrest at Least 10 After Orders to Clear CHOP

Law enforcement officers in the city of Seattle began entering the protest zone on Wednesday morning to enforce an order from the mayor’s office that the area be vacated, the Seattle Police Department said via Twitter.

“Police on scene continue to issue dispersal orders. Officers have made approximately 10 arrests at this time. Anyone seeking to exit the area can still do so to the south, toward Pike Street,” police said via Twitter before later adding: “Three additional arrests at 12/Pike.”

The police also announced that an armed group was approaching law enforcement officers. They also warned that anyone who remains in the area is subject to arrest.

Seattle Mayor Moves to Dismantle CHOP After Protesters Show Up at HER House

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan sent heavy machinery to remove concrete barricades around the CHOP ‘autonomous zone’ and called for a probe of a council member, after protesters showed up outside her residence.

Under the cover of rain on Tuesday, vehicles operated by city workers removed the barricades set up around the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest (CHOP, formerly known as CHAZ), an area spanning several blocks of downtown Seattle under control of protesters – including Black Lives Matter, Antifa and anarchists – since early June.

Father of Black Teen Killed in CHOP Calls For National Guard to Clear Autonomous Zone

The father of a 19-year-old boy who was shot and killed in Seattle’s CHOP last week is speaking out against the lawless “no-cop” zone.

Two other teens have been shot this week and many citizens are saying it’s time to shut down the experimental occupied area.

Horace Lorenzo Anderson spoke with KIRO Seattle in an emotional interview following his son’s death, saying, “I ain’t been sleeping. You see my eyes. I’ve been crying. I’m trying not to cry on TV.”

“This doesn’t look like a protest to me no more,” he continued. “That just looks like they just took over and said ‘we can take over whenever we want to.’”

Seattle Mayor Slams Protesters For Showing No ‘Regard For’ Her ‘Safety’ as Demonstrators Circle Her Home

A group of protesters marched to the home of Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan on Sunday afternoon, upset that she pledged to dismantle the police-free “Capitol Hill Organized Protest,” known as CHOP.

Seattle City Councilwoman Kshama Sawant joined a group of dozens of demonstrators gathered at Durkan’s home, holding signs, chanting, and demanding she leave the area alone or meet protesters’ demands.

Durkan said last week police would soon return to Seattle’s East Precinct, which has been overrun by protesters who set up the CHOP zone, but gave no timetable.

Demonstrators have controlled the six-block area since June 8, saying they will not leave until the city meets a list of demands.

One Dead, One Wounded in CHOP Shootout (Video)

Surveillance video of a shooting at Seattle’s CHOP zone that left a black 16-year-old boy dead and a 14-year-old seriously injured shows gunfire ringing out as the Jeep the teens were in plowed into a barricade and a man screaming: ‘Oh you’re not dead yet?’.

Homicide detectives said they are investigating after the two teenagers were shot in a white Jeep near a makeshift barrier around the Capitol Hill Organized Protest (CHOP) zone at about 3am on Monday.

Those inside the zone say CHOP security guards, who are self-appointed and heavily armed, started shooting at the Jeep only after the teens opened fire on them and drove into a barricade.

Police say witnesses told 911 dispatchers that they saw several unidentified people firing shots into the vehicle but made no made no mention of whether the teens were armed and fired first.

In surveillance video, multiple gunshots could be heard in the distance in the minutes before the Jeep could be seen tearing around the corner.

CHOP Leaders Tell Protesters to Go Home, Support Biden

Suggesting that violence has distracted from the movement’s message, Seattle CHOP leaders have told protesters to go home vote for “revolutionary change” by electing Joe Biden.

Far-left Black Lives Matter demonstrators have been occupying the 6 block area of downtown Seattle for weeks, but entirely as predicted it has descended into violent anarchy, with two people being shot in the space of 48 hours over the weekend.

Indications are that the police will return to take back the SPD East Precinct that was ransacked by rioters early next week, prompting CHOP leaders to urge the dispersal.

Man Shot in CHOP Wants to Sue Police for Not Responding Fast Enough

A man who was shot in the cop-free Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone now wants to sue the Seattle Police Force for not responding quick enough after his shooting, despite police claiming they were held back by angry crowds when they tried to enter the anarchist commune.

On Friday two were injured, one fatally, in a shooting inside the CHAZ/CHOP autonomous zone. During the shooting, crowds allowed firefighters to enter, but reportedly resisted the entry of the police, and helped the surviving victim to medical treatment where he was placed under intensive care.

The surviving man now wishes to sue the Seattle Police Department for not responding fast enough after he was shot.

‘Superheroes’ Handling CHOP Law Enforcement Flee Murder Scene (Video)

The ‘Seattle Superheroes’, a costumed vigilante team which has taken over law enforcement in the Capitol Hill Occupied Protest (CHOP), had an opportunity to take real action to fight crime after a man was killed and two others injured in a shooting within the far-left autonomous territory.

As police are banned from the CHOP, the duty of law enforcement fell to the Seattle Superheroes, a motley crew of misfits in brightly colored costumes, under the leadership of a man known only as ‘Red Ranger’.

On Saturday night, a brawl appeared to take place between drunk rival factions within the CHOP, ultimately resulting in a CHOP resident shooting an African American man dead.
