As the Third Circuit Court of Appeals rules against President Trump’s attorney’s in the matter of vote fraud and ballot tampering in Pennsylvania, the path is cleared for the mountain of credible evidence in support of those claims to finally be brought forward in a matter of constitutionality to the United States Supreme Court.
A critical piece of evidence was brought forward at a hearing in Gettysburg Wednesday. Gregory Stenstrom of Delaware County, self-identified as a former commanding officer in the Navy, a forensic computer scientist with expertise on security and fraud issues, and a poll watcher, alleged this week that 47 USB cards used during the state’s Nov. 3 election have gone missing.
He also stated that as many as 120,000 votes cast in the election should be called into question, based on his examination of the evidence and his expertise in forensic computer science.
PA Supreme Court Move Signals Path to US SCOTUS
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Saturday evening reversed a lower court’s block on certifying the state’s elections issued Friday night, dismissing with prejudice a lawsuit brought by Republican candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives that sought to have the results nullified over constitutional concerns about a 2019 change in absentee ballot rules. The lead plaintiffs in the case are Rep. Mike Kelly and Sean Parnell.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court said the suit was dismissed because the plaintiffs failed to file their case in a “timely manner” when Act 77 was passed in 2019.

There’s at least one good reason to support Donald Trump’s ongoing lawsuits challenging the election results in several states: the US foreign policy establishment doesn’t want you to.
As Newsweek reported last week, “A group of more than 100 national security experts” from Republican administrations have condemned the president’s challenges to some states’ vote-counting process. These “experts” are claiming these legal efforts “undermine democracy” and “risk long-term damage” to the nation’s institutions. The signatories include people like Michael Hayden, John Negroponte, and Tom Ridge. These are the usual sort of “deep state” technocrats—for example, James Comey and John Brennan—who chime in to defend the status quo in the United States and insist it is an outrage that anyone (i.e., Donald Trump) departs from the usual way of doing things.
This alleged devotion to “democracy” and “the nation’s institutions” rings a bit odd coming from people like Negroponte and Hayden. Hayden, after all, has supported a litany of spying programs, torture, and the wholesale destruction of the human rights of both Americans and countless foreigners. Negroponte was the first director of national intelligence and has long supported spying on American citizens without a warrant. He oversaw the US-funded terror campaigns against Hondurans during the Reagan administration. Negroponte also enthusiastically supported the US’s 2003 war in Iraq which failed to achieve any of the objectives sold to the Americans as the reasons the war was a necessity.
Update (1747ET): With the hearing concluded, people are commenting on how credible and well spoken the witnesses were in describing election fraud in Pennsylvania.

Update (1445ET):President Trump joined the PA hearing by phone and was immediately on the offense, saying that “this is an election we won easily. We won it by a lot. This election has to be turned around.”
“What we saw on November 3rd was not the United States of America. Democrats cheated. It was a fraudulent election. It would be very easy for me to wait 4 years and try again. We can’t wait for 4 years. Don’t be intimidated by these people. They don’t love our country!“
“They kept poll watchers in pens in Philadelphia and then they threw them out of the building. You couldn’t see a thing on those cameras. They could have been playing a baseball game.”
Trump-adjacent lawyer Sidney Powell filed lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan on Wednesday night, with many on Twitter saying she has released the Kraken she promised immediately after the election, especially in the Georgia lawsuit.
In the lawsuit, Powell makes claims similar to those the Trump campaign made today in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania: Votes were mishandled, election observers were kept from watching mail-in votes being counted, and fake ballots were potentially used to push Joe Biden over the edge of victory.
The lawsuit also notes, as National File reporter Jack Hadfield noted, that previous Georgia lawsuits have established that “The Georgia Supreme Court has made clear that Plaintiffs need not show how the voters would have voted if their ballots had been regular… [only] that were were enough irregular ballots to place in doubt the result,” which would mean only 12,000 votes in the Georgia presidential race.
In an appearance on Newsmax TV on Monday, senior advisor to President Donald Trump’s legal team Jenna Ellis explained that the campaign’s legal team is focused on proving demonstrable physical fraud in Philadelphia, Detroit, and other big cities, while Trump-adjacent attorney Sidney Powell intends to launch her own case against Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic.
Appearing on the heels of the news that the Third Circuit Court has granted emergency proceedings for the Trump campaign’s lawsuit, paving the way for the campaign’s strategy to reach the Supreme Court as fast as possible, Ellis explained the logic behind allowing Powell to conduct an independent investigation while the campaign proceeds legally.
“Sidney’s been a great friend of mine, and ultimately the legal team was looking at two different directions,” said Ellis, before clarifying that focusing on election official fraud would be the faster path to victory. “Sidney is very much focusing on Dominion Voting Systems, and that’s going to be a much longer strategy, and that’s going to be something that she’s investigating.”
President Donald Trump on Tuesday posted a tweet representing his current sentiment toward the rigged 2020 election, defiantly refusing to concede defeat as more evidence of voter fraud emerges.
“I concede NOTHING!!!!!” the president’s twitter timeline screamed, along with a photo of him leaning on the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office, making all aware he’s not thrown in the towel just yet.
The president had declared he’d never concede in previous tweet Monday evening, adding that GSA has begun to accommodate the Biden transition team as a mere procedural formality.

Due to widespread evidence of vulnerabilities including memory card infiltration and security protocol failure. The Controversial Diebold election system that threatened Democracy in the 2000’s wasn’t replaced. Diebold changed its name to Premier Election Solutions in 2007. In 2009 Election Systems & Software acquired Premier Election Solutions. Soon after the Department of Justice filed a civil antitrust lawsuit against ES&S, requiring it to divest voting equipment systems assets it acquired from Premier Election Solutions. The company then sold the assets to Dominion Voting Systems.
Currently the United States is not a functioning Republic. Our system has been hijacked. And it is up to you. Not your politicians and not the mindless propagandists on television gaslighting you into oblivion. It is up to you.

One of the two GOP members of the four-person Michigan Board of State Canvassers, is considering blocking the certification of the election results in the state.
Republican Norman Shinkle shared in an interview with The New York Times that he is receiving a multitude of calls and emails from people, both urging him to certify and not certify the state’s election results, citing concerns over the integrity of the vote.
“You can’t make up your mind before you get all the facts”, Shinkle stated.
Trump’s legal team is currently trying to dispute the voting results in several states via a series of lawsuits over alleged organised election fraud taking place. In Michigan, the GOP is also seeking to delay the certification of election results, citing the need to investigate a voting machine glitch in one county.
One of the main points of concern for Shinkle is an investigation into the voting machine glitches that, according to state GOP leaders, affected the outcome of the election in Antrim County, Michigan flipping 6,000 Republican votes to Democrats. The local chapter of the Republican Party and the Republican National Committee also urged the Michigan Board of State Canvassers to halt the certification process for 14 days citing “significant problems and irregularities seen in Wayne County”, where absentee ballot irregularities were purportedly detected.
