Delaware Republican senate candidate Lauren Witzke has been locked out of her Twitter account for a second time in a week, after posting a tweet about the Paris terrorist attack that was critical of immigration.
The candidate is now calling for Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and other big tech leaders to be jailed for violating the First Amendment rights of American citizens.
Witzke was locked out of her account last week for a tweet about the impact of mass migration into Europe.
The latest censorship came after Witzke shared a tweet that included a photo of a teacher’s severed head that was posted to Twitter by a man who claimed to have been the terrorist behind the attack. She commented “Mass third world immigration: The gift that keeps on giving!” along with the screenshot.
Twitter has followed Facebook’s example by censoring a New York Post article about Joe Biden’s foreign lobbying scandal after users were prevented from tweeting links to the story, leading one NY Post editor to describe the move as an act of “digital civil war.”
As we highlighted earlier, Facebook announced that it would be preventing the story from spreading on its site after the company’s Policy Communications Manager and lifelong Democrat Party operative Andy Stone said the company had buried the article in its algorithm.
The story, which has been met with denials from the Biden campaign, claims that Hunter Biden had introduced his father, then-Vice President Joe Biden, to a top executive in a Ukrainian energy firm a year before Biden pressured the government of Ukraine to fire a prosecutor who was investigating the company.

Attorney General Bob Ferguson announced Tuesday that Twitter would pay $100,000 to Washington’s Public Disclosure Transparency Account after violating state campaign finance disclosure laws.
From 2012 to 2019, Twitter received nearly $200,000 for campaign ads but failed to follow Washington disclosure laws by unlawfully failing to maintain public records about the political ads that ran on the platform has resulted in a $100,000 fine.
Jack Dorsey, Twitter’s chief executive, said in October 2019 that the social media platform would ban all political ads due to misleading messaging by some candidates.
“We’ve made the decision to stop all political advertising on Twitter globally. We believe political message reach should be earned, not bought. Why? A few reasons…,” Dorsey tweeted last year.

Jack Dorsey Linked to U-Haul Providing Supplies to Louisville Rioters
That radical Marxist clown who said two days ago, clearly referring to Trump Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett, that white people adopting black children is an act of white supremacy? Yeah, super woke Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey donated $10 million to him a month ago.

Twitter’s Jack Dorsey helped donate $11 million to organisations that included the Bail Project, linked to the U-Haul in Louisville earlier today.
National File reported today that an employee of the Bail Project, Holly Zoller, was caught handing out shields and other equipment to potential rioters from a U-Haul truck in Louisville, Kentucky.
A group of concerned citizens managed to track down and identify Zoller:
One member of the anonymous group called Zoller, posing as a U-Haul employee, noting that the company had seen “hundreds of Twitter posts” about the U-Haul truck “being used to protest illegally.”
“We handed out supplies. That’s it,” Zoller said, including “umbrellas, water, masks, goggles, gloves.” The caller says that they saw signs of” abolish the police,” to which Zoller said that was her First Amendment right.” What does it matter what I posted on a sign?” she added.
Zoller then denied that she protested, but then was caught admitting that she “drove the U-Haul truck and dropped items off.” After saying this, Zoller goes quiet. When she returns to the call, she says the caller should talk to her lawyer and that she would not be answering any more questions.

In another bold censorship move, Twitter has decided to label certain accounts as ‘state-affiliated media’, but apparently this extends only to the accounts whose content the platform does not agree with.
Twitter also announced that tweets from those accounts will no longer be highlighted on the home screen, in notifications, or in searches.
Effectively, it is an open announcement of a shadow ban.
Twitter claims it is doing this “to make the experience more transparent.”

Twitter Inc. warned Monday that it expects to face a fine of up to $250 million by the Federal Trade Commission for using personal security data to target ads to users.
According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Twitter TWTR, +2.44% received a draft complaint from the FTC on July 28 for violating a 2011 consent order by the government, which barred Twitter from misleading users over its security and safety measures.
“The allegations relate to the Company’s use of phone number and/or email address data provided for safety and security purposes for targeted advertising during periods between 2013 and 2019,” Twitter said in the filing. “The Company estimates that the range of probable loss in this matter is $150.0 million to $250.0 million and has recorded an accrual of $150.0 million.”
Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto announced that his city is now participating in a program receiving funding from Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey, in which eligible residents will receive $500 in monthly “guaranteed income.”
The money used to start the program will come from funds Dorsey gave that is allowing Pittsburgh and 15 other cities to help those who are struggling during the economic crisis brought about by the coronavirus pandemic.
“A number of people in the city of Pittsburgh will be chosen to be able to receive a monthly stipend, basically a debit card,” Peduto told local CBS affiliate KDKA. He did not specify how many people would qualify, but he did outline the criteria he would look at.
Peduto said that he wants to give the monthly payments to those who are currently struggling and who would be able to improve their lives with it. He is also looking to award the money to people of different backgrounds and demographics so that a study can be conducted to analyze how it works.
Twitter has announced a mass ban for thousands of profiles linked to the so-called QAnon community and any related content, citing potential “offline harm,” but critics insist the purge will only raise the movement’s profile.
The social media giant said it would permanently suspend accounts that share content associated with the conspiracy-minded community, arguing such posts could lead to real world harm, though it did not explain how. The sweeping ban will affect up to 150,000 accounts, 7,000 of which have already been wiped from the site, NBC News reported, citing a company spokesperson.
