Pastor Slams Amazon for Blocking New Book

A Tampa Bay, Florida, pastor is slamming Amazon for blocking his new book, “The Phantom Virus: How an Unseen Enemy Shut Down the Planet.”

Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne was met with bold, red text saying “BLOCKED” after attempting to self-publish his work on Amazon’s Kindle direct publishing page, according to a screenshot he released Friday.

Interestingly, Howard-Browne’s other work is still available for purchase on Amazon’s Kindle store, prompting speculation that his latest work goes against the mainstream narrative about the true nature of COVID-19 and the lockdowns gripping the world.

Howard-Browne made headlines in March when he was arrested after refusing to comply with his county’s social distancing orders by hosting thousands at his Sunday service at “The River Church.”

DC Activists Place Guillotine Outside Jeff Bezos’ Mansion

Video posted online shows a group of protesters erecting a model guillotine outside Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos’ Washington D.C. mansion on Sunday.

A flyer for the event, posted by a group called, “abolish the present/reconstruct our future,” stated, “End the abuse and profiteering. Abolish the police, the prisons, and Amazon.”

A sign placed in front of the guillotine read, “support our poor communities, not our wealthy men.”

In another video posted to Twitter, a protester with megaphone said, “when they become threatened, and we have no voice, the knives come out.”

‘Climate Change’ aka ‘Global warming’ is a Multi-Billion Dollar Industry

climate pledge

Amazon boss and world’s richest man Jeff Bezos has bought the naming rights to Seattle’s KeyArena complex, and will rename it Climate Pledge Arena. Yet, behind the gesture lurks a company accused of eco-hypocrisy.

Bezos announced the purchase in an Instagram post on Thursday, saying the name will serve “as a regular reminder of the urgent need for climate action.” The e-commerce kingpin said that the National Hockey League (NHL) venue will “be the first net-zero-carbon-certified arena in the world,” will generate no waste, and will use reclaimed rainwater in its ice system.

Last September, Bezos announced that his firm would team up with a number of other corporations to meet the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement 10 years early. President Donald Trump formally pulled out of this multilateral accord last year, saying the pledge favored China and put the US economy “at a permanent disadvantage.”

Amazon launched a $2 billion fund earlier this week to invest in clean technologies, on top of the $10 billion in grant money he donated earlier this year via his Bezos Earth Fund. It was a canny move for the multibillionaire, as the world’s financial heavyweights consider the sector a veritable goldmine.

Elon Musk Defends Amazon-Banned Book on ‘Unreported Truths About COVID’

Earlier today former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson tweeted out that Amazon had censored and refused to publish his latest book “Unpublished Truths about COVID-19 and Lockdowns.”

Of course, this infuriated Alex who then tweeted out on the items still available at Amazon books.

Jeff Bezos’s company even defended publishing a book on pedophilia.

Middle Class Decimated by COVID-19, Billionaires Have Made Billions More

Though the coronavirus itself may not discriminate in terms of who can be infected, the COVID-19 pandemic is far from a great equalizer. In the same month that 22 million Americans lost their jobs, the American billionaire class’s total wealth increased about 10%—or $282 billion more than it was at the beginning of March. They now have a combined net worth of $3.229 trillion.

The initial stock market crash may have dented some net worths at first—for instance, that of Jeff Bezos, which dropped down to a mere $105 billion on March 12. But his riches have rebounded: As of April 15, his net worth has increased by $25 billion. Eric Yuan, founder and CEO of Zoom, was one of the few to see an increase in net worth even as the markets crashed, and he’s now up $2.58 billion.

These “pandemic profiteers,” as a new report from the Institute for Policy Studies, a progressive think tank, calls them, is just one piece of the wealth inequality puzzle in America. In the background is the fact that since 1980, the taxes paid by billionaires, measured as a percentage of their wealth, dropped 79%.

Bezos Pushing ‘Workforce Diversity’ to Prevent Unions, Control Lower Wages

Leaked internal documents from Amazon-owned Whole Foods reveal the company rates their stores using a “diversity index” and determined the threat of unionization is “higher” at stores with “lower diversity.”

From Business Insider, “Amazon-owned Whole Foods is quietly tracking its employees with a heat map tool that ranks which stores are most at risk of unionizing”:

Whole Foods is keeping an eye on stores at risk of unionizing through an interactive heat map, according to five people with knowledge of the matter and internal documents viewed by Business Insider.

The heat map is powered by an elaborate scoring system, which assigns a rating to each of Whole Foods’ 510 stores based on the likelihood that their employees might form or join a union.

MSM Continues Gushing Over How Rich Jeff Bezos at Exactly the Wrong Time

turtle man

Jeff Bezos, the world’s richest person, is the only only one of the world’s five wealthiest people who hasn’t lost money in 2020, according to Bloomberg’s Billionaires Index.

The Amazon CEO made more than $5 billion in the past three months, bringing his total net worth to $120 billion.

Bezos is about 36% richer than the British monarchy. He retained his ranking as the world’s richest person even after his divorce from MacKenzie Bezos in 2019. She kept a 4% stake in Amazon worth roughly $35.7 billion, making her the fourth-richest woman in the world.

Though Jeff Bezos’ annual salary is only $81,840, most of his wealth comes from his Amazon shares. The world’s richest man makes $2,489 per second, or more than twice what the median US worker makes in one week, according to Business Insider’s calculations.

Jeff Bezos Sparks Outrage Asking Public to Donate to Amazon Relief Fund

Atlantic Columnist Franklin Foer: “Jeff Bezos Owns the Planet”

On Monday, Jeff Bezos announced the creation of the Bezos Earth Fund, which will disperse $10 billion in the name of combatting climate change. The fund is a triumph of philanthropy—and a perfect emblem of a national failing.

Or rather, a series of national failings. In a healthy democracy, the world’s richest man wouldn’t be able to painlessly make a $10 billion donation. His fortune would be mitigated by the tax collector; antitrust laws would constrain the growth of his business. Instead of relying on a tycoon to bankroll the national response to an existential crisis, there would be a national response.

But in an age of political dysfunction, Bezos has begun to subsume the powers of the state. Where the government once funded the ambitious exploration of space, Bezos is leading that project, spending a billion dollars each year to build rockets and rovers. His company, Amazon, is spearheading an experimental effort to fix American health care; it will also spend $700 million to retrain workers in the shadow of automation and displacement. Meanwhile, swaths of the federal government have contracted with Amazon to keep data on the company’s servers. Bezos is providing the vital infrastructure of state. When Amazon locates its second headquarters on the Potomac, staring across the river at the capital, it will provide a perfect geographic encapsulation of the new balance of power.

Jeff Bezos Mingles With Hollywood Elite to Create Celebrity Profile

The richest man in the world appears to be flaunting his money for celebrity — unlike many other tech executives, according to a report.

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has been mingling with Hollywood elites and other stars at recent high profile events including fashion shows, award shows and after-parties, according to Page Six.

That hasn’t always been Bezos’ style — it reportedly started with his relationship with Lauren Sanchez, the website reported, citing “insiders.”

One “family source” told Page Six: “Jeff has clearly ‘gone Hollywood.’”

“Risky fashion choices, lunch with Anna Wintour, a nonstop barrage of shameless selfies with A-listers,” the source reportedly added. “He’s … a narcissist with poor judgment and Lauren is calling the shots.”

Jeff Bezos’ Amazon is being called out by internet users for selling children’s T-shirts reading, “Daddy’s Little Slut,” which have since been taken off the website.

The shirts, sold by third-party retailer Onlybabycare, were available for boys and girls ages 2-6.

“Posting here in hopes it’ll expedite removal from Amazon,” journalist Yashar Ali wrote on Twitter on Thursday.
