A pro-abortion leftist claims the death of late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg motivated her to join the Satanic Temple.
In an op-ed published at Huffington Post, 40-something soccer mom and attorney Jamie Smith explained how her left-leaning atheist beliefs spilled over into full-blown Satanism after she realized RBG’s death could mean the end of abortions in America.
When Justice Ginsburg died, I knew immediately that action was needed on a scale we have not seen before. Our democracy has become so fragile that the loss of one of the last guardians of common sense and decency in government less than two months before a pivotal election has put our civil and reproductive rights in danger like never before. And, so, I have turned to Satanism.
Smith naively claims the Satanic Temple differs from the Church of Satan in that the Temple doesn’t worship Satan per se, but merely uses him as a symbol.

A hair salon says it was told by a job center it couldn’t run an advertisement recruiting a “happy” stylist because the word is “discriminatory” against unhappy people.
Alison Birch listed a job ad looking for a part-time qualified hairdresser at her AJ’s Unisex Hair Salon in Stroud, England,.
The position called for someone with five years’ experience of working in a salon, who is “confident in barbering as well as all aspects of hairdressing.”
And the advertisement stated, “This is a busy, friendly, small salon, so only happy, friendly stylists need apply.”
But on Wednesday, Birch says she received a call from her local job center informing her they could not run her ad because the word “happy” is considered “discriminatory.”

An employee at a Target in Indiana has been fired after filming a TikTok video in which he poured bleach into a drink meant for a cop.
In the TikTok video filmed in a Starbucks inside an Indianapolis Target, the employee brags about concocting the toxic “Blue Lives Matter” drink, though it’s unclear if it’s actually served to anyone.
“Hi guys, I updated my recipe for the Blue Lives Matter drinks,” the barista says, as the song, “All I want for Christmas is more dead cops,” plays in the background.
“First we’re gonna start with bleach,” the barista says, pouring more than a half cup “All the way to the third line.”
“Then we’re gonna add ice because, you know, cops love ice.”
In a separate pitcher he adds “more bleach,” and “a little blood of innocent black men,” he says, pouring an unidentified red ingredient into the mixture and finishing off the drink with a blue powder.
A petition to erect a statue of Chadwick Boseman in the place of a confederate memorial in the late actor’s hometown has received thousands of signatures.
So far, nearly 13,000 people have supported the online campaign, which would see the monument in downtown Anderson, South Carolina, removed and replaced with a statue of the Black Panther star.
Addressing the Mayor of Anderson, Terence Roberts, the petition reads: “The Confederate Monument belongs in a museum but has no right to be displayed there.
“I believe the community should come together to honor someone from Anderson, South Carolina, that was able to change the movie industry. He opened many doors for many young Black people with his leading roles in movies such as Black Panther or Marshall. It is only natural that his hometown honors what he did. There is no need for political controversy in this decision.
Vicky Osterweil’s new book, In Defense of Looting: A Riotous History of Uncivil Action, is a social justice justification for property damage and theft. This book promoting riots is a number one new release on Amazon, a mega-corporation that benefits every time a local shop gets torched.
Osterweil’s book is a celebration of looting in the name of anti-racist action directed at dismantling whiteness and property ownership.
Speaking to NPR’s Natalie Escobar, Osterweil made the point that looting during the course of riots is a redistribution of wealth, not theft, and that property damage, too, is simply a way to reapportion assets which she deems necessary in an unequal society.
Far left activists protesting outside the White House during President Donald Trump’s RNC acceptance speech lost their minds amid a massive pro-Trump fireworks display Thursday night.
The pyrotechnic spectacle, which managed to spell out “Trump” and “2020” in the sky with the Washington Monument as the backdrop, made Joe Biden’s relatively tiny display look like snakes and sparklers in comparison.
Footage captured a group of Black Lives Matter protesters confronting an elderly man after failing to block him from pumping gas at a local station where police shot a black man last week.
Video from Monday shows BLM in Lafayette, Louisiana, forming a human-chain to prevent a driver from accessing the pumps at a Shell convenience store.
Despite more than seven people linking arms to deter the motorist, the man driving a giant Ford F250 proceeds to lurch forward, upsetting the protesters as he reaches the filling station and exits to pump gas.

Video footage of a Black Lives Matter activist on TikTok who thrashed about in the passenger seat of a vehicle, said she felt like she was about to go on “a f**king rampage,” and shed tears for rioters who were shot while attacking a 17-year-old boy in Kenosha, went viral this week on social media.
In the video, TikTok user @actingshy yells, “I feel like I’m about to go on a f**king rampage.”
The young woman then thrashes around in her seat, striking out with her fists and rocking back and forth.
“Civilians! Civilians! Are out there with AR-15s shootin’ and killin’ protesters. And you motherf**kers wanna get on TikTok and talk about, ‘What if he did this? What if he did this?’ Talkin’ about Democrats want f**kin’ war. But y’all out there walkin’ around with f**kin’ AR-15s,” she continues, as saliva begins to pelt the camera.
“And the police are passin’ out waters? F**k it! Stop it! F**k you, f**k your hate, f**k America, I don’t give a f**k no more. Y’all want war? Let’s do this s**t!” the activist declares. “F**k y’all. No one gives a damn about y’all f**kin’ feelings.”
Berlin Film Festival directors Mariette Rissenbeek and Carlo Chatrian have announced a major change to the annual event: Beginning with the 2021 festival, the Silver Bear acting prizes will go gender neutral. A statement from the festival reads: “Instead of the awards for the Best Actor and the Best Actress, a ‘Silver Bear for Best Leading Performance’ and a ‘Silver Bear for Best Supporting Performance’ shall each be awarded on a gender-neutral basis.” The Silver Bear prizes for actor and actress have been handed out since 1956. The most recent recipients are Elio Germano (“Hidden Away”) and Paula Beer (“Undine”) from the 2020 festival.
“We believe that not separating the awards in the acting field according to gender comprises a signal for a more gender-sensitive awareness in the film industry,” said Berlinale directors Rissenbeek and Chatrian in a statement.
