Big Tech Adopts China’s Re-Education Tactics With ‘Critical Race Theory’


President Trump is waging war on ‘Critical Race Theory,’ the racist far-left ideology that demonizes white people for their alleged “privilege.” But while the intolerant doctrine is being eliminated from the federal government and its contractors, it remains dominant inside far-left Big Tech companies.

In #DELETED: Big Tech’s Battle to Erase the Trump Movement and Steal the Election, a book from Breitbart News reporter Allum Bokhari released yesterday, sources inside Facebook and Google describe how the bigoted ideologies of critical race theory and “intersectional studies” came to dominate the most powerful technology platforms in the world.

One Facebook employee revealed how in a single month, nearly every day featured a new training session focused on people’s skin color or gender.

Professor Refuses ‘Diversity Training,’ Says Job Now in Jeopardy


An associate professor at Converse College has publicly refused to take university-sponsored diversity and anti-bias training and wrote that the school’s administration intended to fire him as a result.

The school told Campus Reform that the professor is still employed – for now.

Converse College in South Carolina is undergoing several changes on campus. Currently, the institution is a private women’s college but will transition to becoming a co-ed university in fall 2021. The college will also change its name to Converse University in July 2021 to reflect the existence of its graduate program. As part of the reformation, it will institute new “required” anti-bias and diversity training for faculty.

Converse President Krista Newkirk sent a notice to faculty in June instructing them to complete mandatory diversity and anti-bias training. Faculty were instructed to complete the “required” training by 5 p.m. Monday, August 3.

Staff members were instructed in March to complete the training, while faculty members were given the assignment in June.

Workers at Fun Spot America Parks in Orlando and Kissimmee are being retrained.

They are being taught, first and foremost, on directing guests with social distancing, and making sure only families ride in seats close together.

Since closing in March, Fun Spot has been ramping up cleaning protocols and when allowed to reopen, will have staff wearing masks.

The arcade inside will remain closed, so people are not breathing near each other in confined spaces and frequently touching game controls.

There is hand sanitizer all over the park.

StarFlyer, another local, small attraction, wants to reopen. Workers have been cleaning and maintaining the ride to get it ready.


Sephora Closed Stores to Host “Inclusion Workshops” For Diversity Training


Comedy and clapback queen Leslie Jones just called out the beauty giant, Sephora.

The Saturday Night Live actress blasted the makeup retailer on Twitter on Tuesday, writing, “I sent my makeup artist @LolasBeautyMark and my best friends wife to @Sephora 2103 Broadway store. she needed makeup and to learn how to apply. my makeup artist just called in tears of how bad they treated her and my friends wife!! The salesperson and manager. SO NO MORE SEPHORA”

Jones’s followers chimed in, sharing their own negative Sephora experiences. One Twitter user wrote, “Don’t even get me started! I had the rudest ever encounter with the New York staff!”

Sephora responded to Jones’s allegations in a statement to PEOPLE.

“As a company, we hold ourselves to a high, and public, set of standards around creating a welcoming space for each and every client. The information shared by Leslie Jones regarding Lola Okanlawon’s experience at Sephora is concerning, and the situation she describes does not reflect our values. We have reached out to Lola to gather more information. It is our priority to build an inclusive community and a place where all clients feel respected. Our journey has not been perfect and is by no means complete. We will continue to learn and work toward this goal.”
