Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, have been charged with 41 counts of various crimes after they were caught allegedly submitting thousands of fraudulent applications for voter registration on behalf of homeless people.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office has announced that the couple has been charged with eight counts of voter fraud, one count of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument and four misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit.
Montenegro individually is facing in addition to the above: two counts of perjury, ten counts of voter fraud, seven counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, and five misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit.
Americans are still waiting for the results of the 2020 presidential elections, and waiting for answers on legal challenges to changes and issues with the electoral process. According to Allan Dos Santos, the director of Terce Livre, an independent news outlet in Brazil, the issues that have appeared in the U.S. elections mimic similar cases that have taken place in Latin America. Allan dos Santos also provides an update on the situation with the vote counting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he is reporting.
To combat Trump’s motions to battle the election fraud taking place in Pennsylvania, various different leftist organizations have filed a motion to intervene in the case. As part of this motion, they included several affidavits from various community members. In some of those affidavits, citizens swear that they were contacted by people at the elections office and/or by the democrat party and were informed that there was a problem with their ballot, and they needed to come down to the elections office and cure the problem.
This is in direct defiance of the orders previously given by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, which specifically stated that voters are not to be contacted to cure a ballot.
Furthermore, why are voters being contacted by partisan party officials, when it should be elections officials contacting them?
Still another concern is that this is contrary to what the “fact checkers” have told us regarding proper policy and procedure.
Even Democrats harshly investigated Dominion Voting Systems for its well-documented lack of security and for using Chinese parts. Nancy Pelosi-linked Dominion Voting Systems is under harsh condemnation from President Donald Trump and his supporters after reported vote-counting malfunctions in many of the key states.
President Trump cited data reported by OANN’s Chanel Rion to state that Dominion flipped votes from Trump to Biden or lost Trump votes in massive margins in states including Pennsylvania and Georgia, where the flipped/lost vote total is higher than Joe Biden’s supposed “leads.” Dominion raised flags when officials were forced to admit that the system flipped 6,000 votes in Michigan from Trump over to his Democrat counterpart Biden. But data shows the problem to be much worse and more widespread. NOQ Report has a deep dive into the Dominion data cited by President Trump.
Bloomberg reported that Dominion “hired … a high-powered firm that includes a longtime aide to Speaker Nancy Pelosi. … Dominion’s first-ever lobbying firm is Brownstein Farber Hyatt and Schreck. Nadeam Elshami, Pelosi’s former chief of staff, is one of the lobbyists on the account.”
Anticipating the theft of the 2020 election, President Trump signed an executive order in 2018 that created a Cabinet-level command structure for monitoring and exposing election fraud and foreign interference.
“I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the ability of persons located, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States to interfere in or undermine public confidence in United States elections, including through the unauthorized accessing of election and campaign infrastructure or the covert distribution of propaganda and disinformation, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States,” the president declared.
The executive order created a procedure for how the US Cabinet, spearheaded by the Director of National Intelligence, would monitor US elections for foreign interference and, if found, how to stop the resulting fraud and the foreign actors responsible once they’re identified.
Clark County election officials accepted my signature on eight ballot return envelopes during the general election. It’s more evidence that signature verification is a flawed security measure.
For months, election officials have told Nevadans not to worry about ballots piling up in apartment trash cans or sent to wrong addresses.
“Discarded mail ballots cannot just be picked up and voted by anyone,” a fact sheet from the secretary of state’s office says. “All mail ballots must be signed on the ballot return envelope. This signature is used to authenticate the voter and confirm that it was actually the voter and not another person who returned the mail ballot.”
A video posted to Twitter shows a woman attempting to send a URL about alleged vote fraud to an iPhone but the message going undelivered, prompting claims that phone networks are now censoring links.
“BREAKING: Messages about election fraud are being censored via text message,” claims the woman. “Here is 100% proof! GEyesgle Green apple or Verizon or all are the culprit. More testing is needed to figure out which company(s) is censoring text messages about the fraud! We have hit peak level censorship!”
The clip shows her sending normal text messages from an Android phone to an iPhone, but when she attempts to send a link about alleged vote fraud from thedonald.win website, the message is not delivered to the iPhone, despite the Android phone saying it had been delivered.
A Pennsylvania judge ruled on Thursday that the state cannot count late ballots which required voters to provide proof of identification to ‘cure’ them by an arbitrary deadline set by the Secretary of State.
After the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots could be accepted three days after Election Day, a separate issue in dispute, PA Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar submitted her own guidance that said proof of ID could be provided up to Nov 12, three days from the ballot acceptance deadline.
The order is notably separate from a challenge to the PA Supreme Court decision to allow late ballots, and invalidates only those subject to Boockvar’s extension to cure a lack of ID between Nov. 10-12.
Trey Trainor, the Chairman of the Federal Election Commission, stated during an appearance on Newsmax this Thursday that he “does believe there’s voter fraud taking place,” and confirmed that the refusal to allow poll watchers to observe the ballot counting process – among numerous other irregularities – does indeed constitute an “illegitimate election.”
“I do believe that there is voter fraud taking place in these places,” Trainor said. “Otherwise they would allow the observers to go in.”
“When you have claims of 10,000 people who don’t live in the state of Nevada having voted in Nevada, when you have the video showing where people are either duplicating a spoiled ballot right there, or they’re in the process of just marking a ballot that came in blank for a voter, that’s a process that needs to be observed by election observers,” Trainor said.
The FEC Chairman added that poll observers are legally allowed to be present during the counting of ballots, and if they are refused entry to a place where the vote is being tabulated then “the law is not being followed, making this an illegitimate election.”
